Regular and transparent reporting on our activities, operations and performance, both in Australia and overseas, is an important way we demonstrate our accountability to others. These documents make up our annual reporting suite, which in 2009 won the
PricewaterhouseCoopers Transparency Award for quality and transparency in reporting for the not-for-profit sector.
Companions to the Annual Report
The Annual Program Review and the Annual Evaluation Review are companion documents to our Annual Report. They provide valuable insights into our programming practices and enable critical, reflective learning for continuous improvement.
Annual Program Review
The Annual Program Review (known in previous years as Responses to Poverty) contains detailed case studies from our relief, development and advocacy programs.
The case studies provide an honest insight into the realities of our work, discussing both successes and failures, and they assist our efforts to improve accountability and effectiveness.

2007 Annual Evaluation Review
The Annual Evaluation Review considers evaluations carried out as part of regular program implementation to determine the effectiveness and impact of our projects.
It reports on project evaluation practices and approaches, and assesses project outcomes, gender outcomes and sustainability of change.
The 2010 review shows that 91% of evaluations report positive change in local communities.
