What you can expect as a sponsor

A chance to change lives

When you sponsor a child, you have the opportunity to help change the life of a child, their family and community. We ensure that each child has only one sponsor. However, many people choose to sponsor more than one child.

You’ll also have the chance to write to your sponsored child or even visit them to see firsthand the improvements brought about through your support.

What you will receive

When you sponsor a child you'll receive:

• A picture folder with photo and details of your sponsored child, and information about their country.
• An annual progress report on your sponsored child, with an updated photo and information on their health, education and community progress.
  
• The choice of a regular online newsletter or printed magazine updating you on World Vision's work around the world.
  
• Year-round access to a special supporters section of the World Vision website, my world vision which contains regularly updated information on World Vision Appeals, how to write to you sponsored child, the opportunity to provide feedback and much more.
