If Egy hadn’t been sponsored by a World Vision supporter,
she could have ended up abused or married like the many
girls in her community who experience violence.
As a sponsored child, Egy was inspired to stay in
school and get a proper education.
She went on to study medicine in Germany and China.
Egy is now back in her community serving as a doctor –
and inspiring other girls like her to change their lives.
