Students develop their critical thinking skills and knowledge of humanitarian emergency responses to disasters, by exploring the scenario of establishing a refugee/internally displaced persons camp in a conflict situation, with a particular focus on meeting food and nutrition requirements. Through a series of questions, students are led to think through the complexities of providing food in emergency situations.
