Graduate Program

World Vision Australia's graduate program is designed to build future leaders in the fight to eliminate poverty and its causes.

World Vision’s Graduate Program provides you with the opportunity to enter the workforce and develop a rewarding career through on-the-job technical training and specialist development activities. These activities include:

  • Graduate Induction Program - Provides the platform for building knowledge and helps first-year graduates establish networks with colleagues throughout the organisation.
  • Development Plan - A framework for graduate learning and development is established for each individual, creating short- and long-term goals. Performance and development needs are regularly reviewed.
  • Job Rotation - Gives graduates the flexibility to rotate through various teams or business units to broaden their development, in line with individual and organisational needs.
  • World Vision Australia Mentor - Each first-year graduate is assigned a support and technical mentor to help with technical requirements, provide career guidance and help graduates settle into the organisation.
