Login to see what your guests have bought you, and to view messages
You can log in at any time to see what’s happening with your gift registry. Just put your email address and password into the Gift Registry front page. You will be taken to the Gift Registry 'Manage your account' page. You can click on the ‘View gifts received’ and ‘View guest messages’ buttons to look at these areas.

Requesting additional Guest Cards
You can request more guest cards to be sent to you from the ‘Manage your account’ page. Log in to your account, and choose 'Manage your account' from the left hand navigation bar. Then click on ‘Request Gift cards’ from the left hand menu. Please allow at least eight (8) business days for the delivery of your guest cards.

Changing your Gift Registry status
Your Gift Registry will remain open until 21 days after your event. After 21 days, your Gift Registry will automatically be closed. You will still be able to view all gifts purchased, but your guests will not be able to purchase any further gifts on this registry. If you want to open a new Gift Registry using the same email as your original Gift Registry, you will need to make your account expired.
Your Gift Registry will automatically become expired 90 days after your event. You will no longer be able to use your Gift Registry in any way. You will be sent an email advising you of the value of gifts that were ordered on your Registry, and that your Gift Registry is now closed.
To expire your account earlier than 90 days after your event, log into your account. Choose the 'Manage your account' page, and click the button 'Expire Gift Registry'.

Changing your Gift Registry details
You can change details of your address and also change your password from the 'Manage your account' page. Log in to your account, and choose 'Manage your account' from the left hand navigation bar.

Lost or forgotten passwords
If you have lost or forgotten your Smiles gift registry password, Choose 'Forgotten your password?' from the right hand side of the Gift Registry start page. You will need to enter your email address. We will then email your password to you.
