Gift categories
To make it easier for you to choose, gifts are listed by price category – under $45, $45-$49, $60-$69 and over $100. You can also choose one of our special gift packages which include combinations of gifts with a shared focus. View gifts via the navigation on the left hand side of the screen or by clicking on the gift images shown on the Smiles homepage. Clicking on any of the gift category links will take you to a page displaying all the gifts for that category. More information about each item can be found by clicking on the product photograph or title.

This term is used to describe the various items available for selection in the gift catalogue. For example, a course of immunisations is a product.

What’s a Gift?
The term 'gift' is used to describe one or a number of gift catalogue products. You might, for example, choose to send three school uniforms as a single gift.

Gift basket
The gift basket holds your gifts until you are ready to complete your order. You can view it at any time by clicking one of the 'View gift basket' links.
It will show you the products and gifts you have ordered and the types of gift card you've chosen for each one. It will also show you the cost of each gift and the current total of your order.
When you have chosen all your gifts, click on the 'Order Summary' button to check that your order is correct.

Card postal delivery time
We process all orders as promptly as possible. It generally takes eight working days for a traditional (printed) card to be delivered.
There are many factors that may affect the card delivery date including:
- Delivery to remote areas (which may take longer);
- Incorrect or illegible addresses.

School or Community Group Fundraising
Our Smiles gift catalogue is also a great way to inspire school students and other community groups to get together and raise funds for a gift to send to a child, family or community living in poverty. When your group has raised the required amount for your chosen Smiles gift, you can either print and complete the order form and send it to World Vision or complete your order online. Make sure you include the name of your school or organisation in the space provided.
For each Smiles gift item ordered, your group will receive a card with a photo and description of the gift to display on your school, class or community group noticeboard.
Please note that for each order received, we can only issue one receipt for the total value of the order.
