Micah Challenge



Micah Challenge is a global campaign of Christians speaking out against poverty and injustice and encouraging our nations' leaders to halve global poverty by 2015 and fulfilling their promises to achieve the Millennium Development Goals.


World Vision is a coalition partner of Micah Challenge.

Micah Challenge aims to deepen people’s engagement with the poor and to help reduce poverty, as an integral part of our Christian faith.



What can your church do?



Micah Challenge’s national gathering is of ordinary people from churches and communities around Australia meeting together for four days of teaching, training, worship and meeting with Federal politicians in Parliament House to encourage Australia’s continued commitment to the Millennium Development Goals.


Voices for Justice is scheduled for 15-18 September in 2012.







The Justice Hub is an online video library by Micah Challenge and coalition partners that provides access to a growing range of video clips about faith, justice, development and overseas aid.


The Micah Blog

The Micah Challenge blog is a space for discussion and debate about the issues of global poverty, faith, advocacy and justice and the Millennium Development Goals. It aims to provoke thought and challenge you to learn more about the issues discussed.
