It’s still raining in Padang in Indonesia. Distributing emergency relief supplies – kits for families and children – is being conducted under tarpaulins. There is real danger of water-borne diseases spreading. Tim Costello is in Padang, and is witnessing first-hand the destruction and loss that has changed people’s lives forever.
