Youth Ambassadors Blogs

Our five Youth Ambassadors have travelled to Nepal to meet the people where poverty is a constant struggle.

They're now charged with the awesome responsibility of coming back home to talk to the media, their schools, their community, their church about their experience and what they learned.

Follow them through the year via their blogs here!

Jasmine : VLog #3 - The Hard Life

Video Blog of 2010 Youth Ambassador for QLD, Jasmine Mikschi

Jasmine's third and final Video Log (VLog) from her time in Nepal at the start of 2010 on the World Vision Study Tour.

The hard life in rural Nepal is very different to the 'hard life' we experience (or think we experience) here in Australia. The choices people have to make and the consequences of those choices are very confronting.

Jas talks about some of those choices and consequences here.

It's lots of small steps over a huge number of years to work with these people to help them up.
