Global Leaders Convention 2012
World Vision’s Global Leaders Conventions are over for another year! The good news is, you can now register for 2013.
NSW Youth Ambassador, Monique, about to address the Sydney GLC
Around 5,300 student leaders from across Australia participated in our one-day events, starting in Tasmania in April and travelling to all major cities and regional centres throughout each state.
Students were given first-hand insight into what it’s like to live with poverty, inequality and injustice, and some of the students had a life-changing experience.
Thanks to all of our volunteers and staff, and the teachers who attended along with their students – we couldn’t have done it without you!
Now you’ve experienced the Global Leaders Convention, put your new-found knowledge into action. Do something real – do the 40 Hour Famine. Register now!
Want to attend the GLC in 2013? Register now at the GLC event page on worldvision.com.au.
